Great kitchen and with the enclosed porch and living room you had two separate sitting areas. Two queen bedrooms and the loft with one twin and one queen mattress for sleeping couches looked as though they would fold out, though we never used them because there was only five of us three adults, two kids plenty of hot water in the shower. We so enjoyed spending our days outside in and by the water, and our nights by the fire making s'mores. Our kids had such a blast and our 7 year old learned how to kayak. SO awesome to have those included for guests to use. Also, the shed had all the different size life jackets that we needed.
