Our only problem was finding bedding for the sofa bed and air mattress in The Addition. After much looking some was located upstairs. It would be helpful to have been told where to find it or have it stored close to where it is needed. Also, more hooks in the smaller baths would be useful. My husband and I stayed in the bedroom on the first floor of The Addition and both the bedroom and bath had no where to put anything. The property manager stayed in constant communication leading into the event. We rented the entire location (Villa Santorini + Addition) and it was amazing. There were no surprises from viewing it online to being in person. It was clean and well kept and the amenities / upgrades were impressive. We were able to spread out and not feel on top of each other. Having two sinks and two dishwashers in the main kitchen was very helpful for the scale of people we were feeding. The outdoor seating was spacious and an additional bonus! Spending evenings on the deck with a fire to gather around was idyllic. We also had groups playing cards and working on puzzles. Being so close to the beach was perfect for a quick jaunt to play in the water or the sand, or to watch the sunset, which we did a couple of times. The only downside was that driving to pick up groceries or last minute supplies was a time consuming trek and endeavor, as there is not much available close by. The management team was fairly responsive when we had an issue with the freezer portion of the refrigerator, but it was a little challenging to speak directly with them. I would definitely recommend the house as a place to host a large group. We had a great family reunion and the views all week were amazing. Apr 23, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### College Team Spring Break Our traveling team size was 30 and we struggled giving everyone a proper sleeping arrangement. I would definitely recommend a team no bigger than 25\. Unless you put 3 to a king bed, which we did not. They do include air mattresses as counting twin beds as well, which again, isn't up to par for some college sport programs for a week stay. During our trip, the main washer did not work and was not fixed during our time there. Also, if you're traveling in a bus or vans with your team, parking is rough but doable. The house overall is a gorgeous house and I highly recommend it! I just don't think it's suited for a group larger than 25, unless you're family and can share beds better. We rented this house for a corporate strategy retreat, and the layout of the house and ample bedrooms/bathrooms was perfect for giving every colleague privacy. Kitchen size and amenities was great for large meal preparation. Hot tub, awesome views, built-in whole home audio, tons of TVs, coffee amenities - all of it was fantastic. My only gripe is communication with Miller Beach Vacation Rentals. It is hard to get a response from them, from the requesting/confirmation of an early check-in, to getting a receipt for my charges. I've asked multiple times (via e-mail, via text, via their portal, and via their website) and I still haven't heard a thing. ##### Craig C. Only thing I would say needs improvement is the main kitchen needs some attention. The bottom freezer drawer does not open easily. The stove top only had two working burners and was missing the oven knob. Telling a guest they can use the oven in the other kitchen, not a good look for such an upscale property. It was obvious this was not a new issue so it should have been fixed. The only other thing people may want to know is the internet is not super great at this location but I know that is not the owner’s fault. ##### Tiffany L. The toilet was clogged once we arrived. We contacted the owner and they came and said it was fixed. The toilet worked for few hours and was clogged again. Also there was a passcode on the thermostat and we were not able to lower the temp. After multiple attempts of contacting the owner we still never received the code. I paid two amounts through VRBO, received an email form Miller Properties stating they had received my final payment and showed a zero balance, then on the day we arrived they started billing me for an additional $180 in fees. This is completely unethical. The master bedroom is up a shaky metal spiral staircase - anyone with any knee problems would not be able to make it up there.
