Large bathroom with rainhead shower. Kitchen features granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, and ample cooking supplies. Dinning table seats 4\. Located walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and the Port Washington Marina. Half mile from Lake Michigan This is a no smoking unit. No parties or events are allowed. All guests must be registered. No illegal activities /substances are allowed on property. The walls are paper thin and you can even see into neighboring apartment through crack around the door. As soon as we got there the noise from the neighbors and road were crazy loud and non-stop. On top of that there was a horrible smell of cigarrette smoke. I could not tell if it was coming from outside or if it was imbedded in the walls as this was an old tavern converted to an apartment building. We immediately reached out for a refund and were denied but we left right away anyways as our helth was not worth it. The owner was rude to my wife and said we were imagining the smells.
