A fully restored 1940's cottage that offers a quirky nostalgic getaway but with modern conveniences. Features two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with bunks. The lounge also has a fold out sofa bed for an extra guest. A large covered deck offers seating and great views to the coast with amazing sunsets. Plus a bath to relax in. Situated close to the river for fishing or whitebaiting (in season) A short walk to the Wharf Store and Cobourne and Maraetai Bay Reserves. Sunset Beach is approx a 3 minute drive away. Port Waikato is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle, while still relatively close to towns.
