House - 3 bedrooms, accommodates 8 guests - Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, Bedroom 3 - 2 sets of bunks. Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, dining, lounge area with TV, DVD, slow combustion heater (BYOwood) and ducted air-conditioning. A second lounge room/kids retreat with TV, VCR and videos. Bathroom with vanity, shower, bath. Laundry with top loading washing machine, dryer and sink. Unit - 3 bedrooms, accommodates 6 guests - Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, Bedroom 2 - 1 bunk, Bedroom 3 - 1 bunk, open plan tiled kitchen/dining/living area with microwave, fridge/freezer, TV and air-conditioner. Bathroom with vanity, shower, w/c, top loading washing machine and laundry sink. The property has an excellent shaded outdoor entertaining area with a gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Large lawned area, fully fenced yard. Fishing cleaning facility. Pillows and quilts provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. The Palms was a great place for our 2 families and grandparent to comfortably stay for our family trip. Beds were good, had every kitchen item we could need (cutlery, utensils, crockery, oven trays, sandwich press, etc), laundry stuff and cleaning items. The outdoor space was great for the children to explore and play games on. It was a bit tricky with twin toddlers because there are quite a few nooks to hide in but that's just up to adult supervision.
