This is a peaceful, family-friendly neighbourhood, so gatherings and excessive noise are not permitted. \- Quiet hours: Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. \- No outdoor shoes indoors. Kindly remove shoes when inside the property. \- Well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a maximum of two allowed. The fee is £50 for one dog and £75 for two dogs.
