The large fully equipped kitchen comes complete with every cooking facility you need and a dishwasher, a fantastic servery opens out onto the huge timber undercover deck where you can enjoy the best of alfresco dining and gas BBQ facilities whilst watching the children play in the enclosed yard. Three bedrooms all with ceiling fans and the main bedroom also having an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The second living area flows off the main bedroom giving you the luxury of having a private living area so you can sit back and relax. The main bathroom has been renovated with a large walk in shower, vanity and toilet. There is enough room to park a boat or multiple cars at the property (no garage available) and the convenience of having an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer is perfect. As Shoalz is in a residential area, please abide by the no party policy that is in place and the noise restrictions.
