Handy to the hospital.

Was pleasantly surprised by the room we rented. Room number 1. Had a private washroom, fridge everything we needed for a 2 night stay at the beach. The bed could be a queen to give 2 adults a little more room. We were grateful for the air conditioner and coffee machine. They supplied a couple bottles of water, some granola bars which help when heading to the beach. Would be nice to have a patio door to go outside from the room but it was just a short distance to front door. The common area was pleasant but very stuffy and and damp but was told they just cleaned up after flooding so I'm sure a dehumidifier will solve the issue. Close to beach, right beside a great restaurant, parking right out front. Would stay again in room 1. The gentleman who helped us get to our room was pleasant and very helpful. Everyone was friendly.

Breakfast is the weakest part. Just one person managing the busy time. So many items not refilled as it’s hard for one person to manage.

Room was clean, staff was helpful. Parking situation is terrible. Pool and sauna were nice. No bellboy, had to carry own luggage using luggage cart with no assistance from staff. Crib was set up on arrival overall a nice place a little over priced for the room. Room had city view and shower had good pressure. Beds and pillow were comfortable. London has a serious homeless + drug problem especially the areas near the hotel but you cannot fault the property for that. Overall I enjoyed my stay and my family and young son enjoyed the amenities. 4 out of 5 stars
