It is an ideal location to stay and have a relaxing getaway. As you enter this 3BD/3.5BA home, you are greeted with an open concept living/kitchen/dining area that offers luxury vinyl flooring throughout. The coastal vibes and decor give this home a peaceful, calm feeling with tons of natural light. The living area offers a large sectional sofa and a smart tv. The fully stocked kitchen overlooks the living/dining area and features updated appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. Gather around the large dining table and enjoy a family dinner, or have a snack at the breakfast bar that offers seating for 4\. On the main level, you will find a spacious master suite with a king bed, and a private bathroom with a custom shower. For added convenience, there is a half bath with the washer and dryer on this main level. As you venture up the stairs you will find 2 bedrooms both offering an en-suite bath. The second master bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and a private screened-in balcony with large porch swing. The en-suite bath has a large shower and a large single vanity. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable full bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. The en-suite bath offers a shower tub combo and a large single vanity. The outdoor area offers two amazing screened-in porches with oversized porch swings on both levels. After a long day in the sun, this is the perfect place to relax and visit with friends and family. The community offers nature trails, several grill and chill areas, and access to St. Joe Bay across the street from the community. Splash in the pools or relax in the hot tub. There is so much to do! House Rule • No parties • If you want to smoke, please use the sidewalks and common parking areas • Guests minimum age is 25\. For guests 18-25 a minimum of 3 positive reviews and no negative reviews required. I slept in on the couch and I still enjoyed every second of it. Its also neat that there is wild life all in the complex youre in so youre see little frogs and lizards even a crab or two. Theres a lot of close beaches to the right of it and alot of groceries and business to the left. The family across from us were nice but loud. The only thing is that I recomend looking around for your places to visit theres a lot of hole in the wall places and not alot of huge tourest traps. Overall this was an amazing stay. ##### Rodney J. It was only minutes from downtown Port St Joe, about 15 min from Mexico Beach and about 25 min from Cale San Blas Beach. The house was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed. The living room was very comfortable for relaxing. This is a great location to head to the beach or get to shopping and restaurants. Port StJoe is really close and Main Street is wonderful. There are lots of cute boutiques, little shops and restaurants. It feels like a street in a Halmark movie. The area is not very commercialized and quaint. Apr 30, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Vitamin sea is great Vitamin sea is a beautiful 2 story home in a nice, quiet, gated community just a couple minutes drive from the bay and just a few more minutes drive to the Gulf. The community has three pools, one hot tub, and one fitness room. They are all a short walk from the home. We loved the sidewalks around the community as they were great for walking our dogs. We also really enjoyed the two screened in porches with swings and loved that we could let our dogs out with us and not worry about them escaping. We used the downstairs porch most since the upstairs porch is through one of the bedrooms. Only the upstairs kids bedroom has a TV as well as the living room, but that was okay for us. The home was big enough for our family of five adults, one toddler, and three small dogs. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and there was an additional powder Room/ laundry room off of the living room. The home seemed new and decorated nicely. There are two nearby grocery stores and a good amount of restaurants and shops in downtown Port St. Joe, which was about a 5-minute drive. We ate at Hunt's on the bay one evening and got a great sunset view. We also ate at krazy fish grill, sisters bistro, the brick wall, and long bills in Cape san blas. We loved that this city was not overcrowded and touristy. Overall this was a great place to stay with my family and we would come back in the future. ##### Bethany G. The kitchen was fully stocked, could have been more sharp knives and forks (there was only 4) and new skillets would be good. Otherwise, everything was great.
