Situated across the street from the beach in Beacon Hill, you'll experience breathtaking GULF VIEWS from every angle of this home, or enjoy ocean breezes on the ocean view patio or screened-in back porch. This single level home features upgrades including a spacious open-concept floor plan, oversized custom showers, a fully stocked chef's kitchen, high end furnishings, and so much more! When you are ready to vacation in luxury, you won't be disappointed with The Dune Buggie! Beach Gear: To make your vacation more enjoyable and less stressful, your reservation includes a $250 credit toward any amount of quality beach gear. Your gear will be delivered the day you check in and will be ready to use immediately. Some items you may rent, but not limited to, are beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards and bikes. Parking: 3 vehicles Pet Friendly: This property is not pet-friendly and is an animal free zone due to severe allergies. If you bring a pet to this home, an automatic charge of $500 will be imposed and/or you will be asked to vacate the home immediately. Linens/Supplies: All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.
