They were super responsive and handled everything quickly. It was a great family vacation. This was our first time staying in that area (normally in Indian Pass). The only negative thing I could say was the pool area was not very clean. The pool was fine but the area around it had trash (pizza box and cups). The kitchen counter was not clean and the lights above the kitchen counter or island had about 2 inches of dust. Other than that it was fine. We stayed for 4 weeks mid October to mid November. We do a lot of cooking and would suggest replacing the pots and pans as well as knives.
