Welcome to Shore Enough, a beautiful coastal home with plenty of space for everyone! Conveniently located in Beacon Hill, between St. Joe Beach and Mexico Beach, this home offers the perfect setting for a memorable beach getaway. This spacious home features four thoughtfully decorated bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Each bedroom includes its own en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for all guests. The primary bedroom, located on the main floor, offers a king-size bed, a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements, and an en-suite bath. Upstairs, each guest bedroom features a queen-size bed with its own private bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen boasts new appliances and everything you need to prepare meals with ease. The open and spacious main living area is ideal for entertaining, gathering with loved ones, and creating memories that will last a lifetime. Smart TVs with streaming capabilities are available in the living room and all bedrooms, making it easy to unwind after a day at the beach. Outside, guests will enjoy ample parking, a gas grill, and patio furniture—perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing evenings. While lounging on the patio, take in breathtaking sunset views that truly live up to the name Shore Enough. Just steps from the sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf, this home offers stunning coastal scenery that will take your breath away—especially at sunset. All rentals are on a first come first serve basis. This home is not pet friendly and does not allow pets. CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. The only thing missing (and I mention this JUST to let future guests know - not as a complaint at all) is Tupperware/food storage containers. There were plenty of pots/pans/dishes/mixing bowls, etc...but nothing with a lid that we could use to store leftovers - so make sure you bring or plan to purchase something like that when you come. Nice decor and the house was clean! The kitchen still has no baking pans and could use more supplies, such as large baking dishes and a larger skillet. The grill was full of cigarettes so we bought a cheap one to use and I reported it to the agency, so I’m sure they will get it cleaned out for further use. Check-in process was quick and staff was friendly. The home was immaculate and smelled clean. There were a few cosmetic flaws in the house but nothing major. Overall decor was pretty and simple. The home was very spacious for our family which included 6 adults, 2 teens, a toddler and an infant. The upper deck was nice but needs repair to the screening. The living space and kitchen were very spacious and included a large flat screen and a selection of dvds in the cabinet. There were also tv's in each bedroom. It is only a short walk to the beach and the location is great. My only complaints, the grill was tiny and there was no baking sheet. Other than that everything was perfect! Really couldn’t enjoy the outdoor area because mosquitoes were fierce, so be prepared. Easy walk to the beach. Our kids especially enjoyed it. ##### Donna A.
