The condo development is between a quiet trailer park neighborhood and a very busy road, and the narrow beach across the street isn’t safely accessible. It’s a large new condo building, but only four units appeared to be occupied when we were there. There is no onsite management presence. The long access code for the door took several tries to eventually work. We texted the Portland, Oregon-based Vacasa management company about a broken ceiling fan, and they did send someone out to fix it while we were out. It’s across the bridge from historic Port St. Joe, and about a 30 minute drive to Cape San Blas and Apalachicola. This condo and area provided everything we wanted and more! The condo was beautiful and comfortable! We used the pool daily and pretty much had it to ourselves. It wasn’t heated as mentioned but it could be due to our trip being in June. It was a cooler June than normal. By the end of the trip the pool was much warmer after several warm days. We drove to Cape San Blas, St Joe Beach and Mexico Beach for beach days. We grilled several times using the grill on property by the pool. There were only 2 other families in the complex the week we were there (and 1 of those couples live there). We all came home ready to book and return soon! ##### Amanda A.
