This two story beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome has a private bathroom in each bedroom, and balconies to enjoy gulf breezes while watching amazing sunsets. For the fishing enthusiast, book your family on a fishing charter day trip out on the water to catch your dinner. Parking: One vehicle may be parked in the carport. A second vehicle may be parked right in front of the carport. Pet Friendly: This property is not pet-friendly and is an animal free zone due to severe allergies. If you bring a pet to this home, an automatic charge of $500 will be imposed and/or you will be asked to vacate the home immediately. Linens/Supplies: All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener. Beach Gear: Some of our properties have beach gear onsite (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.); however, there is no guarantee as these items come and go throughout the year. Age Requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old. Security cameras: N/A Credit card fee: All payments processed are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee. Rental Agreement: A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking. Monthly Rental: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates are available during the winter season. Cancellation Policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made. Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments. I found the home to be clean with the exception of the shower caddies which were not clean and a sheet pan that had baked food on it. Understanding the impact on the environment, the management co reuses hand soap containers, but does not clean them. This was somewhat gross to me and needs to be revaluated by the owner. Loved that they had samples of some of the necessities as most condos do not (detergent, dryer sheets, dish soap, dishwasher pods, etc). Some spots on floor could use redoing but not a deal breaker. Comfortable, nicely decorated, well supplied kitchen. All the extra touches were great too - 3 TVs, extra beach chairs, wagon and grill.
