In nearby Port St. Joe, venture out to enjoy shopping, galleries, entertainment, and restaurants. Less than five minutes away is St Joe Beach where pets and bonfires are welcome! For the fishing enthusiast, book your family on a fishing charter day trip out on the water to catch your dinner. Parking: One vehicle may be parked in the carport. A second vehicle may be parked right in front of the carport. Pet Friendly: This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $140 will be added to your reservation after you book. Linens/Supplies: All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener. Beach Gear: Some of our properties have beach gear onsite (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.); however, there is no guarantee as these items come and go throughout the year. Age Requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old. Security cameras: N/A Credit card fee: All payments processed are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee. Cancellation Policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made. Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments. We love the short walk to the beach, the outdoor shower and the wagon to tote chairs, towels and food to the beach. We could walk or drive to get food, shop and sight see. We love that we could be in Port St. Joe in minutes as well as other quaint beach towns. The kitchen was not what I am familiar with in VRBO rentals. My family has been renting for over 25 years and I have not experienced a rental with no bare minimum supplies. I have found salt, pepper, coffee, coffee pot, and foils to be provided. Place was clean. Nice being on beach side of Hwy 98\. About 2 minute walk to get to sand. There was a beach wagon, tent, 5 beach chairs, umbrella, and some beach toys. Nice outdoor shower and water hose for washing off. We all slept well on beds. You can see the sunrise from the kitchen sink or front porch coming up over Mango Marley's. You can see the ocean from den and the 2 back porches. The way the sun was setting in August, you could not see the sun setting from porch due to other houses blocking view, but we like watching it on the beach anyways. Not many people on beaches in mid-August, so that was nice. We would stay here again. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Breanna G.
