Beds in each bedroom are comfortable although the bed sheets are a bit stiff and scratchy… especially after a long day in the sun without enough sunscreen. The pool is just a few steps from your front door making it a super convenient place to cool off. Restaurant options are limited, especially breakfasts and on Sunday but this is likely due to COVID and lack of staffing. Had dinner at Provisions Restaurant our last night in town and was was THOROUGHLY impressed with both the food and the service. Beaches were beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool is amazing and great for kids. The actual property is conveniently located within short driving between Mexico Beach, Port St. Joe, and Cape San Blas. Due to this, you can find the best water depending on the direction of the winds. If the wind is off the gulf, the bay side at the state park on the end of the cape is a great place to go…especially for young children. If the wind is from the north, Mexico Beach had better/calmer water. Once you’re done with the beach, the pool is amazing and located just off the front steps of the cottage. Cottages were very quiet and close quartered. Good for sleeping but we were not comfortable sitting on the lovely front porch for fear of disturbing other residents. The only issues we had was the wifi didn't work and when we got there to check in we was not given the correct instructions to get in yh cottage had to wait for a call back to be able to get inside.
