You can sign into any service you’d like, but there aren’t any services provided. All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents. There is a doorbell camera in place to protect guests and the property. If you touch or tamper with the camera you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection! It is exterior only and in plain sight. The property is surrounded by wildlife. You will likely see and hear critters. We hire pest professionals to minimize bugs and critters in the home, but again… you're in nature. Please let us know if you have any issues and we will make things right. No late check-out or early check-in. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We generally provide handsoap, a starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and paper towels. Be prepared to bring your own soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal, and coffee :) Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages. Guest access You get the whole house! The property also offers self check-in, so you can arrive at your convenience without coordinating schedules. Guest access The house is yours! We have a designated owner's closet right when you walk into the master bedroom that is locked by a deadbolt. To help us keep the home fresh and comfortable for everyone, there’s a $65 pet fee per pet per stay. Please note that we’re only able to host dogs (no cats), and any unauthorized pets would incur a $200 fee. Thank you for helping us keep the space enjoyable for all future guests—we can’t wait to host you and your furry friends! Please note that check-outs are not permitted on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. The front door number lock was not working and so I had to contact the host and go find the back up key. The beds are super comfortable. The lounger on the upstairs porch is great for napping, especially with a toddler. It is literally steps to the pool and hot tub. Short drive to the public beach and downtown PJS. The Barefoot Cottages has become our favorite place to stay and this unit has been our favorite so far. Kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfortable. We have stayed at the Barefoot Cottages several times and this house provides the best location to the main pool. Condo was very clean and location was perfect, right across from pool. The unit is adorable, very clean, and very well stocked. We loved the screened porches to sit in the mornings for coffee and in the evenings for after dinner drinks and visiting. The common areas are very well kept. We could have used a few more towels as there were 2 couples for 2 nights and one bath only had 3 towels and 1 washcloth plus the makeup washcloth. Not a negative on the condo though, just a personal need. I would rate this condo, grounds, and management a 10 out of 10! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo. The property is just as described. Very comfortable for a family or two couples to share. The pool however was almost not usable as it was incredibly warm. The owner was sometimes slow to respond or didn't respond at all, but when he did he was informative and helpful. The cottage was clean, well stocked kitchen and everything we needed plus more. The owner stayed in touch with us and was concerned we had a good experience. A 5 + star.
