A link to customize the beach package will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights. Sunsets on Seagrove in coveted Windmark Beach is a brand new construction home offering 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, double kitchens and double living rooms, accommodating 10--. The attached suite provides additional privacy, which is great for extended families and large groups. Located beside the community pool with bay views, only several hundred yards away from St. Joseph Bay. Sunsets on Seagrove faces West offering stunning cotton candy skies dusk and dawn. The City Center offers a shared (heated) pool, bars, restaurants, gym, and shopping. There are nature trails to enjoy and miles of coastline to explore with deeded beach access. The primary bedroom features a king bed with en suite bathroom, sitting chair, and flat screen TV. The primary bathroom features a double vanity, walk in shower, soaking tub, and large closet. Turning in for the night is easy at Sunsets on Seagrove, with four bedrooms to choose from. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed with plenty of natural light for reading. The second guest bedroom features a double over double bunk bed with a sitting chair. Located between the aforementioned guest bedrooms is a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The attached suite features its own living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom! The living room is outfitted with a full sofa, love seat, and large flat screen TV. This living room features an Xbox 1 with games! The second kitchen is fully stocked to handle any of your dine in meals; complete with a full size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee pot. The suite bedroom offers a king size bed with ample closet space. The bathroom features a tub/shower combination. The garage features ample parking with a beach wagon, beach chairs, and a level 2 electric vehicle charger. The lawn is large, lush, and fenced for the safety of your fur babies. It had everything we needed and provided a great lay out to accommodate two families with sufficient privacy, separate TV/living rooms, and all the kitchen gear needed to make family meals. I especially appreciated the fenced back yard (so that we could let the dog out easily) and the pet-focused accomodations. The house was conveniently located steps from the resort pool and was just a lovely boardwalk stroll to a quiet, natural, dog-friendly beach. And it came with a credit for beach gear that came in super useful, especially when loaded onto the beach trolley provided. I will definitely stay here again! ##### nikki t. The attached suite was perfect for our family. It was obvious that much thought and care went into trying to anticipate the guests needs. It was the simple things that made the home special. We loved the different games and there were plenty of beach towels and beach gear. The home is directly across the street from the pool. The pool was a huge hit and much needed alternative to the beach. (I’ll say more about that later.). We encountered a couple minor issues but the rental company and owner were quick in their response and made sure we had what we needed. They went above and beyond! Now the beach…. There is a short boardwalk off the pool area that goes towards the beach. Unfortunately it only goes to the edge of the property. It does not continue to the beach. We found it extremely arduous to navigate the walk to the actual beach area. We had 5 adults and two small children and all the gear needed for a day at the beach. Even those who were in good shape found it to be hard walking through the terrain. With carrying children and dragging beach carts full of gear, it was almost too much and sadly limited our time spent on the beach. That in and of itself would keep us from going back to the area. It would be our recommendation that Windmark put in a wood boardwalk directly to the beach to alleviate this issue. ##### Lucia O. We stayed that night bc it was so late, but left early next morning so we could shower. Texted owner after10:00 to let her know we had left. The inside pictures were accurate but there are no pictures of the outside property. The house that they have in the line-up of pictures, is not the house you will be staying. Very confusing and disappointed upon arrival. The kitchen is not equipped with any corningware or enough pots for a party of 10\. The towels are also very thin and not enough for everyone sleeping at the house. And not enough washcloths or handtowels. The grill also has a bad connection with the propane tank, so we were not able to grill out. ##### Jennifer P.
