New addition just completed 1-1-25, We added 2 new bedrooms, larger living room, and A full bathroom. Plenty of parking. A true piece of Mexico Beach History. One of the few historic cottages still around. If you like the view of the Gulf of Mexico, we have it. If you like short walks to public beach we have it. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch and enjoy the ocean sounds. Take a few paces to the beach at night and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. For the price the location is outstanding. The view of the gulf from the porch is great. The house was clean. But be aware the bathroom is much smaller than appears in the photo. If you are very big at all you won't be able to use the toilet. The shower is very small and not very nice. I've had better showers at a campground. It says it sleeps 7 but I'm not sure how. Unless at least 4 are small children. It is a old style beach home that survived the hurricane and has a great view. The porch is it's best feature.
