Ascend to the first floor, where guests will find inviting sleeping accommodations, a laundry room, and a convenient coffee/wine bar in the hall. The 2 guest bedrooms share a furnished balcony overlooking the bay and feature a king and queen bed, respectively. For children or guests who don’t mind sharing space, there is a bunk room with a twin-over-twin bed, twin trundle, and futon. The main living areas are on the top floor, decorated in a contemporary style. Large picture windows fill the space with light, while an open-concept layout allows effortless mingling between spaces.
