Everything is new, the house is comfortably furnished- inside and outside, it has all the nice amenities, and has plenty of room for a large group of 12 people to spread out. Having the 3 oceanfront master suites with king beds was really enjoyed by the 3 couples in our group. The beachfront location has great views from all the waterfront outdoor decks. We really appreciated having all the little extras such as nice beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys for the kids, and multiple convenient water hose locations to wash off the sand. Also having the bicycles is a nice perk. The owners are very responsive and promptly replied to all our questions. We will definitely be renting Paradise Palms again! ##### Chris R. Both mid August and late April were fantastic - great weather and NO CROWDS. The house is amazing with fantastic views and porches. Comfortable deck furniture. Note that there is a stone wall between a short beach and the water. That was not an issue for us since we don't go in the water but if you had kids who wanted to go in, you'd have to walk or ride down a bit on the beach past the rocks. I'm assuming they are there due to beach erosion. Gorgeous views of the ocean, pier close by, sunsets. We did not see any dolphins but saw swimmers, paddle boarders and a good number of boats. Situated right on the water, multiple decks, you’re never not looking at the water. Local bars/restaurants & grocery are super convenient, and the owners were terrific & responsive. The house itself is perfectly set-up for large families or friend groups and has everything you need for a great stay (even beach toys, chairs, umbrella, bikes, etc). Absolutely will be coming back and highly recommend this property. This house was beautiful. Location was awesome. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets while we ate out on the balcony. Location was convenient to town and the boat rental -Only thing that bothered us was the beach was getting stone put out for beach restoration. Our kids had hoped to be able to play in the sand but the construction equipment traveling back and forth made it too dangerous.
