Both mid August and late April were fantastic - great weather and NO CROWDS. The house is amazing with fantastic views and porches. Comfortable deck furniture. Note that there is a stone wall between a short beach and the water. That was not an issue for us since we don't go in the water but if you had kids who wanted to go in, you'd have to walk or ride down a bit on the beach past the rocks. I'm assuming they are there due to beach erosion. Gorgeous views of the ocean, pier close by, sunsets. We did not see any dolphins but saw swimmers, paddle boarders and a good number of boats. We had a great visit, the home was beautiful and fit our family and the family of our friends who were traveling with us perfectly. The bikes that were available with the house were perfect for our kiddos to travel through the neighborhood and back and forth to the pool and beach. This is a low stress, high fun vacation spot. Situated right on the water, multiple decks, you’re never not looking at the water. Local bars/restaurants & grocery are super convenient, and the owners were terrific & responsive. The house itself is perfectly set-up for large families or friend groups and has everything you need for a great stay (even beach toys, chairs, umbrella, bikes, etc). Absolutely will be coming back and highly recommend this property. This house was beautiful. Location was awesome. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets while we ate out on the balcony. Location was convenient to town and the boat rental -Only thing that bothered us was the beach was getting stone put out for beach restoration. Our kids had hoped to be able to play in the sand but the construction equipment traveling back and forth made it too dangerous. The property we rented was beautiful. The pictures on the website was accurate. The property was very clean, spacious, and well stocked. The owner was very gracious in allowing us to check in early because of our long drive. Any questions or concerns were handled in a timely manner.
