This new, clean luxury designed home with everything you need for a great beach vacation is a short walk from the BEACH. The Windmark Community offers so much including a resort-style heated pool, fitness center (days passes additional), nature trail over 2 miles for running, biking, and walking, and boardwalks. The cute nearby downtown has casual and fine dining including the View on Old 98\. The beach is less than 2 blocks away or a 6-9 minute walk. The space Come experience coastal luxury in this beautiful new construction single-family home with 4 bedrooms. 3 king beds, 2 sets of bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa. The modern coastal décor carries an inviting feel. LVP floors carry throughout the home along with granite countertops, and stainless appliances; fully stocked with all linens, utensils, and a starter supply of amenities. The kitchen, dining, and living offer an open living concept. The kitchen is fully stocked including items for baking. Enjoy access to a large pantry, fridge with ice maker, and a dishwasher. Smart TVs are in the living room and every bedroom. The luxury master suite offers a comfortable king bed, flat-screen Roku television, and ceiling fan. The master bathroom is en suite; complete with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, large walk-in closet, and private water room. Two additional bedrooms both have king beds. A 4th bedroom which is whimsical and fun is outfitted with 2 bunk beds to sleep 4 more. The sofa sleeper is an additional sleeping option. All guest rooms have comfortable bedding, great natural light, and closet access. The shared bath is pristine with a shower/tub combination. Private laundry is available with a starter supply of detergent. A beach wagon is provided as well as an outdoor shower. Parking is available onsite but be mindful, boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed. The large community pool offers a zero-entry splash pad for kids, plenty of lounge chairs, as well a playground. In addition, there are several beach access points with 3.5 miles of boardwalks; perfect for exercise such as walking, biking, running, and even nature photography or you can visit the city center which is home to Fit as a Fiddle for yoga and weights. We highly recommend going to The View on 98 in the city center to cook your catch or have a sunset cocktail looking over the ocean. I think there were some things within the home that needed more attention that we notified the owner of, such as main gas grill being so dirty/old that we didn’t want to use it (luckily there was a charcoal grill there that we just bought charcoal for), tons of sand in the garage that needed to be blown out, an old full milk jug in the garage fridge from 6 months prior, and a few home items that weren’t closing or working properly. We loved the spacious room in the home, but we feel like the owner or management company could have done a more thorough job keeping the home up to date and clean between renters. First, Neil is an exceptional host who is a fantastic communicator. Every step of the way he was helpful and encouraging providing helpful ideas for our family trip. Windmark, insane. House had 4 bikes/several beach chairs /floaties/etc… in the garage. Had Minor issue with gas grill but host has stated they are fixing the issue. Overall great house & location near beach/pool. Close to main road leading to beach/pool/restaurants. 5 minutes to dowtown PSJ, 5 minutes to Mexico Beach. Calm ocean water, no riptides!
