The house was so well equipped with everything! The grill was great! It is not a full size grill but it worked just fine! The Golf cart was a hit. We could only find one pool but it was perfect! It has a splash pad, a covered kiddy pool and then a deeper end. Beaches were secluded and only open to Windmark residents and guest. There were 10 boardwalks to the beach. Golf and walking paths were so well maintained groomed. The town is so sweet with a cool bar, sunset cafe and also a pizza place. We highly recommend booking Flipside for your next beach vacation! The home is set up very well. Able to drive and get any food or needs-Grocery and CVS, several local restaurants and golf course nearby. Within the neighborhood-pools and beach a bit further than expected, but easily reached using nice golf cart. The pools do get crowded at optimal times but have many chairs. Neighborhood is friendly, peaceful and set up nicely and also expanding. Daily walks were very enjoyable down near beach with cart areas and walking areas and many nicely set up bridges to walk down to the beach. Were able to take an older person with walker and roll her on these and one pool has very easy entrance for someone who cannot do steps easily. Other pool has a lift but it was not working when we were there-but still very nice pool. Beach is calming, pretty and has a nice shallow area at the start-great for kids or older people to play and stroll in water. Overall this was a good stay, RECOMMEND! ![Easy pool to get our 93 y/o mom into! Even has a tent over that part to keep her out of sun.
