We didnt cook any meals but if we did the kitchen is fully stocked and the appliances look like their new! Location was pefect...literally walk out, take a left, cross 98 and your at the beach entrance!! Arrival was smooth and there is a binder on the coffee table with info about the cottage and the aera as far as stores and restaurants. Shep was a pleasure to work with. First, it is literally a minute-and-a half walk to the beautiful beach. The neighborhood is quiet and you feel like a local. The cottage is cozy, comfortable, with everything you need, including beach gear. The bed and shower are wonderful! I enjoyed the screened-in porch for meals and for swinging in the porch swing in the evenings, with the sound of the surf in the distance and the rustle of the palm trees. Two days into our stay, snow and cold weather came which caused many stores to close!! Being Midwesterners this was very surprising that some snow could cause a shutdown of businesses. Our stay at the condo was great. It was very comfortable and so clean. The shower was awesome!! The host was so accommodating and wonderful to work with. I would recommend this place. ##### Daniel M.
