This family friendly home has it all for your seaside vacation! A full kitchen with all the bells and whistles, washer/dryer, screen porches, hardwood floors throughout, wireless internet, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, fish cleaning table, and the list goes on and on. Lion's Paw features a large open floor plan with a large open living/dining, kitchen for that family time together. This level also features one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. The top level features the master bedroom with a king and master bath complete with a private deck for that morning coffee or evening cocktails. This level also features another bedroom with a queen bed and full bath. The ground level features the laundry area and the kids bunk room with a 1/2 bath. Wonderful for those little guys that want the adventure of climbing into wall mounted bunks! The home features covered parking with a 13 foot clearance for boats underneath the unit. Plentiful storage is supplied underneath as well! Perfect for the boaters! Lion's Paw is a short distance from the water with access via the community boardwalk. Lots of porches and windows for views in every direction. You won't soon forget your stay at Lion's Paw and will want to recapture those family memories year after year!! 1909 square feet This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap. All of our homes come with WiFi You must be 25 years or older to reserve. No events are allowed. Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Our only complaint would be that the kids bunk room was a bit too high and kind of dangerous for our young kids. There was plenty of space in the other rooms for them though. An abundance of kitchen ware, great views, extremely easy beach access and Cape San Blas is fabulous. The House has a very efficient and fun lay out. It's not for anyone who has trouble with stairs, but it yielded great views from the mutiple decks. The only problem we encountered was that the WIFI went out, but the management had the provider out the next day and fixed the problem. Make sure you go to Indian Pass Raw Bar. Visit the state park to the North, probably has the most beautiful beaches in Florida.
