As soon as I saw the listing, I wanted to get it booked before someone else did. I'm glad I did. The house is beautiful, well stocked, and very clean. There is a lot of parking below the house and in the driveway. I spent hours on the front porch rockers. The beds were some of the most compfortable we've slept on. It's only a short walk to the beach. There was a wagon there to help carry our things, but we didn't bring much down so we didn’t use it. The owner was very responsive to a couple questions we had. Eddie responds quickly and was very friendly. The house is amazing and we loved the big windows. The big wrap-around deck is awesome and huge! If we weren’t on the beach, we were sitting outside on that deck! This place was extremely clean and neat. The beds are comfortable and you will sleep like a baby. The local neighbors are very friendly as well. This was our first time to Mexico Beach and it made quite an impression. It’s not crowded and it’s very family and dog oriented. Our dogs probably played with other families on the beach more than us. The kids also played with other kids and became vacation friends.
