We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this property for fall break (early Oct) and it was absolutely wonderful. The Cape San Blas area is quiet and secluded. This rental is in a great location near the main gate of St Joseph Peninsula State Park. The house sits off the beach, but has a private gravel path to the boardwalk over to the beach. The pool is intelligently located to allow the water to get warmed up by the sun daily. The pool deck has sufficient room and also includes an outdoor shower, grill and hose to wash off sandy toes. Both the front and back of the house have decks/balconies on the main and 2nd floors. There is a small fenced area for your fury friends to do their business. The main floor has a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, living area, laundry room, and kitchen/dining area. The 2nd floor features another bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two bedrooms with shared bathroom, and a small living space with pull out couch. The house was wonderful, the Cape is beautiful, and the communiity is full of active, friendly residents. This was a great choice for our family vacation. The rental management company was great. Good communication and really took care of our needs during our stay.
