The house is tastefully furnished with a focus on comfort, quality, and ample space to ensure a relaxing stay. With its prime location in Findlay Estates, this first-tier house offers stunning panoramic views of the Gulf waters and the widest and clearest beach on the Cape, which is only 120 steps away. The house features three balconies, including a full screened-in porch on the top floor, providing plenty of outdoor living space to enjoy the beautiful views while savoring your morning coffee, relaxing for lunch, or having an evening beverage. The top floor's open concept living and dining area has a large dining table, comfortable seating, and a large flat-screen TV with in-ceiling surround sound, perfect for large family meals or watching your favorite shows. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, quartz counters, a mini refrigerator, and a pantry cabinet, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Plenty of room for family of 6 with beds and baths. Also loved eating outside on the screen in porch daily. Great communication throughout the stay and prior too. We lost water one morning, but sounds like that is somewhat "normal" in the cape. However, fast communication by owner and was only out for like 1 hour so no impact. The 4 king beds were nice for the grown ups with a bulk room for the kids. Very short walk to the beach and when too much sand we enjoyed the pool, both worked well for our family. The kids loved the time in the pool and on the beach. We had our one night beach fire and crab hunting which all enjoyed, kids for sure. Daniel was quick and great to reply to any questions or needs we had during our stay. This was the first time staying further up on the Cape near the state park, but highly enjoyed it. Did visit park a couple of times on our bikes. Very close to Cone Heads and LongBills restaurants which was convenient and good food. We also love ice cream so did head down to the trading post where you had a couple options for good ice cream as well. This was an amazing family vacation! Everything was seamless from entry to the house, use of all the accessories in the house/outside. The area was just pure peace and tranquility. The pace of the cape is very slow and very quiet. The beach was absolutely beautiful, soft, clean, and amazing for sea shells. We will definitely be back to steal more of the sunshine! Jun 29, 2024 #### Great house on the Cape This house is very nice. The water pressure is the best we’ve ever had in 20 years! The deck off the top floor has a great view and was a nice place to nap and eat. The house does come with beach towels and extra chairs if needed. Pool was great when the young kids needed a break from the ocean. Elevator worked great Kitchen had everything we needed. The walk to the beach wasn’t too bad. Nice quiet beach, house looks brand new. Kitchen has everything you want or need, the beverage refrigerator was a plus. Beds are comfortable, shower pressure is great. Screened in porch was used a lot. Loved having our own pool. Enjoyed making a fire and s'mores on beach. People are friendly, local bars/restaurants are small but good. Sep 27, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Perfect Beach House Honestly this house had more than we expected, the kitchen was the best stocked appliance and utensils of any rental we have ever stayed in. The elevator was super handy once you figured out all the tricks like always make sure both doors are closed when you exit or it cant move to the other floors. The bedrooms were very spacious and nice. The distance to the beach was a breeze of a walk even for a couple 3 yr olds and a 1.5 yr old. The owners were very helpful and always answered the phone for the couple of questions we did have. I highly recommend this property and will definitely come back. ##### Ryan W.
