Shells A is 1,440 square feet Oceanfront duplex/townhome and is host to three bedrooms and three bathrooms located in the Silent Sands Community. Shells A is within steps of the Gulf of Mexico. The duplex/townhome has a spacious layout and with private gulf front balconies that comfortably accommodates 6\. You will feel right at home in this elevated two story vacation rental, because this duplex/townhome features a cozy living room, a dining area and a full kitchen equipped with all of the dishes, cookware and appliances you will need to create and enjoy savory, home-cooked meals. This first level full kitchen/dining/living area opens onto a large gulf front deck which is ideal for spending time with loved ones while you enjoy a fresh sea air. Kick your feet up and savor the scenery while you spend quality time with friends and family. On this level you will also find a bedroom with a queen bed, a full hall bath and washer/dryer. The second level feature the king master suite that opens up to a private gulf front balcony, and a queen master suite finishes this level. Ground level you will find covered parking, outside shower and charcoal park style grill. This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate.
