This spacious home offers a variety of amenities, including a washer/dryer, central AC, and high-speed internet. Step outside to the deck and patio area, complete with comfortable furniture for lounging and dining al fresco.  
  
With beach access just a short walk away at 0.3 miles, you can spend your days soaking up the sun, swimming in the ocean, or trying your hand at stand-up paddle-boarding. There is also a storage unit attached to the house in the right rear area of the home containing a pair of adult bicycles, a beach wagon, six beach chairs, and a large, foldable Neso tent to use during your trip to the beach.  
  
 In the evenings, unwind in the living room with cable TV and Netflix streaming, or challenge your family to a friendly game of board games. There is a community shared pool to cool off in after a day at the beach.  
  
Located near the ocean, this house is also close to a variety of restaurants, cinemas, and shops, making it easy to explore the local area. Whether you're interested in beachcombing, bird watching, boating, or fishing, there's something for everyone to enjoy.  
  
After a day of adventure, retreat to one of the comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with plush bedding and a variety of bed sizes to accommodate your group. With towels, linens, and all the essentials provided, you can relax and recharge for another day of fun in the sun.
