There was dog hair all over the sofa and bedding. There was sand all over the floor and in the sheets. Mold was in one of the showers on the fourth floor. The oven was not working in the kitchen. The BIGGEST problem was the air conditioner on the second floor (kitchen/master bedroom) was not working. We called four times to get this fixed and they did nothing. So, for 7 nights, we slept in a bedroom with NO A/C! Completely unacceptable when spending 18k on this rental. So disappointing. ##### Danielle F.
