The home is a well kept gem just steps drom the sugar white sands of St Joe Beach. Great home, great location, great beach. This house is the perfect home away from home. Fantastic outdoor areaand they thought of modt everything for the beach which is already sitting out waiting for your trips over. Its not a far walk, but tbh my husband and i are in pretty goid shaoe and pulling a loaded wagon that small length was still fairly exhausting. Make sure you use the marked spots to go to the water as they've spent tons of money revamping the dunes after the hurricane. Water out front was HOT.
