It is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood and we enjoyed the fenced backyard. It is a rental, and needs a little love as it was dinged and a little dirty, but overall it was fine. Not excellent, not beautiful, but fine. The bed is a queen I think but it felt very small, and the box spring had a "clanking" when weight shifted on the bed. We would have loved to have a king bed, and the bedroom was certainly large enough for it. We appreciated the fact that it was pet friendly, and as I said, the fenced backyard. The cons were it needed a fresh coat of paint in the bathroom and bedroom, and the kitchen utensils were not the best. The lack of central heat/cooling made it a bit difficult to regulate the temperature in the bedroom but there is a large ceiling fan to help with that. Overall for us it met our needs which was to enjoy beautiful beaches and escape the frigid Iowa winter for a month. We do plan on going back again next year. ##### Janet G.
