Don’t forget to bring your 4-legged best friend as we are also dog friendly (with a $200 per dog fee) The home is a rare single level beach home featuring 3 King bedrooms, sleeps up to 6, fully stocked kitchen, well-appointed common spaces, a private Mini Golf/Putt Putt course around the pool, and much, much more! BEDROOM DETAILS: ★Bedroom #1 - King Bedroom ★Bedroom #2 - King Bedroom ★Bedroom #3 - King Bedroom w/En Suite Bathroom PRIVATE POOL Our pool features a shallow and deep end and is only accessible through the gate on either side of the house. Walk to local restaurants, hangouts and the grocery store \- Shipwreck Raw Bar - 0.6 miles \- Lookout Lounge - 0.5 miles \- Dollar General - 0.6 Beach gear included - beach cart, chairs, umbrella and towels! PETS WELCOME The home is dog friendly only - up to 2 dogs weighing no more than 60lbs each. Dogs must be approved by owners and there is a $200 pet fee per dog, per stay, due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. Guests are required to abide by all state/local pet laws. Larger dogs may be considered but must be approved by the owner before booking. \*\*Please note - the platforms only charge for 1 pet. If you’re bringing the max of 2 dogs, a fee request will be sent after booking for the 2nd pet fee of $200\. Reservations will not be confirmed until all applicable pet fees are paid in full.\*\* We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately.
