On the ground floor, a bedroom with a daybed and trundle provides two twin beds and convenient access to the pool area. The mid-level features a master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bath, and direct entry to a gulf-view balcony. Two additional bedrooms each include queen beds, storage space, and smart TVs. A full bath with double vanities and a tub/shower combo completes this floor. Outdoor living You are just 300 steps from the beach, making it easy to flow between the shore and the private outdoor spaces. The fully fenced backyard includes lounge seating, a fire pit, outdoor furniture, and areas to unwind after time in the sand. The private outdoor pool is available year-round and open 24 hours, with a heating option from October to March for an additional fee. An outdoor shower offers a convenient rinse-off, while two gulf-view decks provide room to relax. The upper deck includes a gas BBQ grill for simple meals shared in the open air. Kitchen & dining The top floor brings together the kitchen, dining, and living areas with views of the Gulf. The kitchen includes cooking basics, a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and other stainless steel appliances. A dining table for six and four additional bar stools at the counter create an inviting space for shared meals and conversation. Comfort & amenities Inside the home, you will find central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, a 75 inch HDTV with standard cable, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace in a common area. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, and a free washer and dryer are provided. For families, a crib, Pack 'n play/Travel crib, baby safety gates, children’s books and toys, and board games are available. Home safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras limited to outdoor areas. We also provide towels to shower and clean, fresh linen and bedding. We have listed that we have a pack-and-play that can be used as a crib. We have 2 baby gates in the upstairs closet for the safety of your small child. We have a small, strap-on-baby highchair for your infant. We have several board games for your enjoyment. Kitchen was well stocked and perfect for cooking while still being a part of things. The kids had a great time in the pool and the dog loved getting her zoomies out in the fenced yard. We had great weather for beautiful sunsets and stars. Victoria was super helpful and easy to work with. This was the perfect place! Hosts were quick to respond, very accomodating, and the pool was amazing! The home had everything you could possibly need. And it WAS a quick 300 steps to the beach. The pool was great and we enjoyed the fenced in backyard for our pups. The bears and the garbage were a problem. We picked up trash every day we were there and it added an unexpected element to our trip. I feel like it's a pretty big ask for renters to pick up trash daily, spray it with ammonia, etc when bear proof cans could solve the issue. The sliding door off the main living area needs to be replaced. We ended up not using it mainly because it was simply too difficult for us to open and close! ##### Sherry C. I was unsure at first with the house not being directly on the beach however we were so pleasantly surprised. The house was exactly as described. Lots of space, very clean and had everything that we needed. The fenced in back yard with the pool was perfect. And…. Our fur babies loved it as well. It was actually less than 300 steps to the beach for me( yes I counted), it only took just a few minutes to get to the beach and there was great access to walk to it. Wayne and Victoria was excellent to work with and made sure and everything was taken care of. We definitely plan on coming back! ##### Jamie K. It is well maintained and the owners are very accommodating. Plenty of towels to use at the pool, as well as several beach chairs, wagon, and more! We had a minor plumbing issue; which was resolved within an hour of notifying Mrs. Lindsey. She was so quick to respond prior to and during our stay. The back yard swimming pool was fabulous! Beach is a very short walk. There were 8 of us and we never felt crowded. Very nice place to stay in Port St. Joe! We would go again!! ##### Beth R. A lovely, comfortable, well equipped, close to the beach home in quiet, and peaceful St Joe Beach! With our stay being 13 days, and having friends from south Florida visiting, we wish it would’ve been better stocked with toilet paper and paper towels, but that was a minor issue, and I’d certainly recommend this property to anyone. Property owner was very easy to work with and provided timely responses. Only one entrance/exit for the home. Kitchen cabinet doors need some attention. Lots of stairs with all main living space on top floor, would not be suitable for those who have difficulty with stairs.
