This home is in a prime location in this beautiful, low-key beach town – the perfect place for a getaway…less than a block from the beach! Come unwind at our cozy cottage, take in the front porch ocean views, and enjoy the space all to yourself. BEDROOMS (sleeps 5): Bedroom 1: Queen adjustable bed, attached private bathroom with seated shower. Smart TV. Bedroom 2: Cozy bunk room with a queen size bed on the bottom and twin size bunk on top. Large bathroom with exterior access convenient after a long day at the beach. Smart TV. Bedrooms are separated by living space, providing a nice amount of privacy for two couples or if traveling with your family. EXTERIOR: Front porch with ocean view. Patio seating. Fire pit area with adirondacks, ocean view, stargazing. Firewood stored on the side of home. Outdoor shower with cold AND hot water on the side of the home along with a foot sprayer. Back screened in porch with patio furniture, string lights. Primary home access here via smart keypad. Driveway is located behind the home (adequate room for your vehicles/boat).
