We were about .3 miles in on the cape which was secluded and very peaceful. The private board walk was enchanting as well. We love to cook and even had a trained chef in the family with us so the incredibly stocked kitchen was a perfect surprise! I highly recommend this house and location! I do recommend the listing enclose in their pet friendly section to say dogs only (2) with rabies number so it’s more clear from the start (vs only in the contract). There was no exception for us cat lovers unfortunately. So work out those details before you sign the contract. The boardwalk straight to the beach was wonderful. The day we left the fire alarm went off around 4:30 am and went off for about an hour. The house could have been cleaned better. My granddaughter picked up a plunger and it had "remnants" of the last plunge on it. We left it in a trash bag in the bathroom. There was also a lot of dog hair on a couple of the chairs.
