No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. \- Renters must be at least 25 years old. \- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed. \- This is a non-smoking property. This home is NOT pet-friendly. No events are allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or groups that require a chaperone. \*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. The bunk mattress pads were stained and sandy and the bathroom rugs looked unwashed but otherwise the property was pretty clean which is impressive because it's a large home and I'm sure takes a while to clean everything to get ready for the next guests. The views and proximity to the beach were amazing. We saw dolphins swimming everyday the entire week we were there. The kitchen was great to cook in and the elevator made it convenient for luggage and coolers. The ice maker was a game changer for packing the cooler each day. Overall, this house is amazing and we will be back in the future. ##### Matt N.
