Beach access difficult. No pool. A nonexistent “pool in neighborhood” was false advertising, and the adjacent neighborhood Windmark pool was unavailable, under maintenance and not disclosed in listing. Horrible prickly yard. The home itself was very nice and as pictured, but the listed amenities and views were not as promised, the listing was inaccurate in options. We booked for pool and proximity to beach as they were important for kids. No pool available and beach access was frustrating. Getting in touch with Vacasa for anything is impossible.
