OTHER THINGS TO NOTE \- The space is 3715 square feet. \- Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. \- Renters must be at least 25 years old. \- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed. \- This is a non-smoking property. \- Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets. \- Indulge in a heated pool! Contact us to upgrade to a heated pool. The pool area is perfect and it is a very quick walk to the beach. We had 16 people so we used every part of the home and loved it all! It is worth noting that the kitchen, living area, and a bedroom are all on the 3rd floor and the elevator did not work the entire week so we all climbed a lot of stairs! We did call for maintenance but they were unable to fix it while we were there. The area is nice and uncrowded. Bring cash as many places only accept cash or there is a fee to use a card.
