Only 70 footsteps to the beach with great beach/Gulf views. No highway to cross so safe for families and easy to walk to sunset! Perfect for families, girls weekends, or just a couple's getaway. Designed with high-end luxury in mind, Hello Sunshine features a massive living room/kitchen area with Gulf views throughout. Step out on the balcony and enjoy sunrise and sunset with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and there's a luxe rainshower in primary bathroom. KITCHEN: Huge island with sparkly countertop. Wash dishes and enjoy Gulf views. Fully stocked coffee and wine bar (you bring the wine, LOL). Bespoke Samsung appliances lets you cook in the kitchen of your dreams (enjoy the hidden auto-fill water pitcher!) Large island seats 6 and dining table arrives soon.
