Just a half mile north of The Cape Trading Post and next to the gated community of Seagrass. The house is a first-tier lot on a cul-de-sac, private street just steps from boardwalk beach access. Top Floor: On this level, you will discover two master bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms with tiled showers and double vanities. Each master has a 50” smart TV.
