Part of Florida’s Forgotten Coast, this laid-back stretch of the St. Joseph Panhandle has a classic beach town vibe, sparkling turquoise water, and sugar-soft sand beaches. Guests will love this pet-friendly abode’s private pool and spacious balconies—only a short 0.3-mile stroll or bike ride from the dog-friendly beach.  
  
With simple southern elegance, this cozy home offers a respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Use the outside stairs to reach the second floor, where the kitchen, living, and dining areas reside. Multiple plush couches and a 65" Roku Smart TV in the living space provide the perfect setting for a family movie night. Thanks to the open floor plan, the chef of the group won’t miss a moment of fun while whipping up a delectable meal in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring high-end appliances and spacious counters. When it’s time to eat, gather at the 12-person pub-height dining table. Through the French doors, enjoy the coastal sunsets from the privacy of a small balcony overlooking the pool. Enjoy easy access to the guest bedroom on this floor, which has a king bed and wraparound balcony with beautiful views.  
  
Bask under the golden Florida sunshine on the lounge chairs or sip a glass of iced tea at the patio table on the ground-floor pool deck—perfect for entertaining. This home is located in the Seagrass gated community. Trailers and boats are not permitted in plain sight and must be stored in the garage or off-site. Garage doors are standard size and only a small boat may fit. No RVs allowed.
