DETAILS: Soft sandy beaches and Florida fun await at Three Palms Paradise, a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom Indian Pass home sleeping 14 guests. Explore nearby St. Vincent Island National Wildlife Refuge, paddleboard on the lagoon, or try saltwater fishing. Guests will love relaxing on the wide wraparound decks, admiring the Gulf view, and strolling to the beach access—only 1-minute away.  
  
The bottom floor of this stilted 2-level home is the epitome of carefree, coastal living. Enjoy basking in the sunshine by the kidney-shaped pool or challenge friends to a game of shuffleboard or horseshoe. After a trip to the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower. Fishermen and chefs alike will appreciate the screened-in cleaning station for preparing the catch of the day. No need to head upstairs for lunch with 2 grills, a refrigerator, and a 4-person alfresco table.  
  
Tile floors, multiple windows, and traditional furnishings adorn the great room on the main level. The open concept is ideal for making the most of time together. Sink into the comfy sectional for a movie night on the TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for whipping up meals and snacks. There’s a 6-seat wooden dining table, with 5 additional seats at the kitchen breakfast bar. Outside, the furnished wraparound porch invites guests to enjoy the balmy weather with a cold drink. Retire at bedtime to either of 2 guest bedrooms on this level—the first bedroom has a king bed, and there are 2 twin beds in the second. For convenience, all the home’s bedrooms have a private bathroom and deck access. A laundry room in the half bath makes it easy to freshen up swimwear and beach towels.  
  
The second floor hosts 2 guest bedrooms, each with a king bed. There is also a spacious bonus sleeping room with 4 twin beds, a day bed, and 1 twin trundle. Slip out to the top-level deck to enjoy the water view and colorful coastal sunset.
