This home resides on the much-favored North Cape San Blas. The unobstructed gulf front vistas and large, private built-in pool and patio make "Fishlips" the perfect family beach retreat. There are very few gulf front homes with private pools in the area. The pool on this home is exceptional. You will not find another like it. The pool area has multiple chaise lounge chairs and an eating area that seats 6\. Pool heat is available for an additional fee. You will also find a full complement of beach toys and games, kayaks, beach chairs, and umbrellas available for use. This home checks all the boxes and much, much more! The living level of the house has a spacious living room, dining area with table that seats 8, with an additional 4 seats at a kitchen peninsula. The kitchen is loaded with prep and serving amenities; side by side refrigerator, two dishwashers, a beverage fridge, a professional ice maker and more (an additional side by side refrigerator is located on the entry level). The deck on this level has a screened in dining area that seats 8 and an open-air conversation sitting area that provides a venue for relaxing and taking in the exceptional view. There is a king guest suite on this level that has a jetted tub/shower combo. The third level has the master king suite with a double vanity, jetted tub and walk in shower. A second king guest suite has a tub/shower combo. Both of these suites have direct access to the gulf facing deck. This deck will have two double chaise lounges for relaxing and enjoying the view. Also on this level is bunk room suite which has two twin bunk beds (4 twins total) and a large walk-in shower. Our family and friends had a blast at Cape San Blas while staying at Fishlips! The house itself is in an area that is upscale and well-maintained. It is right on the beach, and in perfect position to view the dolphins, and even a couple of surfers! The pool is quite lovely although the weather did not permit swimming. Fishlips was spacious and roomy. The bathrooms were over the top beautiful…lots of hot water always The kitchen was well appointed with tons of space for food prep. We did have some difficulty getting the TV set up and working, but the manager was diligent in working this out for us as soon as possible. We enjoyed our Christmas holiday although it was cold the first few days due to the unprecedented East Coast cold spell, the house was warm, comfortable and you can’t beat the beautiful ocean view. Once it warmed up we flew kites on the beach, watched dolphins swimming off shore and had fun exploring lighthouses in the area. It was a memorable family vacation. ##### Janae J. The house was beautiful and had everything needed for convenience. The beach toy closet outside was the best! Everything was provided to enjoy a fun day on the beach. Unfortunately there was considerable corrosion so beach access was difficult. Other than that the stay was perfect! The house had everything we could ask for to make a memorable vacation for our family and friends. We had two families with young kids. There was plenty of space and activities to keep everyone busy and comfortable. The beach is spectacular. The pool is beautiful and large. We enjoyed using everything the house had to offer: beach toys and boats, bbq, well equipped kitchen, outdoor shower, etc. Awesome! ##### James H. The views from the decks are fantastic. Plenty of room for everyone and the location was great if you are looking to relax in a quiet almost private beach setting. This was our best beach trip yet! Fishlips was just what we were looking for in a gulf front home! Beautiful gulf front views, close to the water, and a private pool! The house was newly reconstructed after Hurricane Michael and everything was in top condition. The kitchen had everything we needed, including plenty of beach towels! They provided an abundance of beach toys and floats that our granddaughter loved, as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, ect.
