It is a short ten minute walk or two minute drive to the white sandy beach of Mexico Beach. This home can sleep up to 7 people, has a large open living and dining area, has WIFI, and a semi private outdoor space and backyard to enjoy. Check in and out times are Central Standard Time (CST). I love the fact that I could rent a golf cart and drive around the community from first Street 42nd St. and can park it wherever a park is. We were a little ways from the beach so we had to plan those outings, but the supplies provided at the house made it much easier to manage. We heard nothing from the owner despite request for information on unit and even after we found it, no follow up with us. Only to remind us to vacate at 10 am. The home itself was wonderful and mostly clean and the available items were extremely helpful. The pool was warm and clean we were the only ones there, for the most part.
