The 3rd floor master bedroom offers private access to an additional second balcony. Unfortunately, the unit shows significant wear and tear—there are multiple areas where the flooring is damaged, and we noticed mold around most of the air vents. The view of the sunrises were amazing to wake up to, and the boardwalk access to the beach was a breeze. The old condos have been updated with new finishes. The well stocked kitchen-dishes/pots and pans etc Short distance to shopping and restaurants. You can have fires on the beach with nopermit needed. Just make sure to clean up your mess. Liquor store and small bar right across the street. Cons: No privacy. If there are guests staying next door, they are literally on top of you. You can see and hear everything. The kitchen was well stocked and the short walk to the beach was amazing!! There were two things we were unhappy with. I'll share these because I think you would want to change them for future guests. 1-the towels in the bathrooms were few and very very thin and used. 2-I'm sure at least two of the king beds had sand in them when we got in them the first night.
