Incredibly clean, high-end appliances, great bathrooms/beds and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The views were incredible, and the covered pool was perfect for young kids. They supplied beach chairs, pool toys, a crab net and even small flashlights to find crabs at night. This was our first time staying in Cape San Blas after staying in Destin, San Destin, Rosemary beach for years. A few tips - there are two general stores less than a mile away that have all the essentials needed but if you want groceries, I recommend bringing them or picking them up in town. The general stores have adjacent ice cream/coffee shops which are great, and Hunt's seafood is excellent. Lastly, this is of no fault to the owner of the property, but the beach erosion is significant and there are a few broken wooden poles sticking out of the sand which could cause issues. During high tide you cannot see the poles but at low tide you will be able to see them. Hopefully, the beach personal who maintain Cape San Blas beaches can remove these potential hazards leftover from the hurricane. Our crew walked down the beach to the right, and everyone had a blast all week. Hopefully with the new government grant to fix the beach, the beach erosion/beach will improve, but this house/property/pool was fantastic. We will definitely be returning. 5 stars! ##### Thomas F.
