Explore this golf cart-friendly neighborhood with the included 6-seater golf cart, and unwind in this amenity-packed retreat, perfect for families and friends.

Quite possibly one of our favorite rental properties! Attention to detail around every square foot of this home! "Every need and want met" best describes this hassle-free, modern, exceptionally clean, and meticulously configured Florida coastal beach townhome. This is an "experience-driven property" nestled in a newly developed beach community with tasteful decor, comfortable furnishings, modern/new appliances, and a very thoughtful owner who has labeled every last light switch and marked every safety precaution (e.g., steps). We felt we received great value for the amenities, space, and comfort. The photos do not "oversell" and certainly are understated for the spaciousness and warmth of the space. The back patio area has a calm, peaceful setting, facing a pond and a preserve with a nice fire pit and seating area. The home even included a fun golf cart to conveniently catch a sunset at nearby WindMark Beach. The owner's communication is prompt, friendly/warm/courteous, and service-oriented. This property is truly one of a kind for a beach town getaway. Thank you for a comfortable and memorable experience!
