Home has 6 bdrms & 3 bathrooms. Library has a hideaway sofa & travel crib. Livingroom sofa also equipped w/hideaway bed. Bdrm w/2 bunkbeds & twin bed adjoined to bdrm w/a queenbed! Full office & library on the 2nd floor. Home has space to sleep 20\. New vanities & quartz counters in all 3 bathrooms. New light fixtures w/LED lights added throughout. New flooring in downstairs bdrm & master! New stackable washer/dryer \-Dog(s) are allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage. The dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. A lot of space, beach is great and water is sandy not rocky. Swim spa was a hit! Very attentive property manager! Only thing we would recommend is they upgrade some cooking pans and utensils.
